Our goal is to help people strengthen the body as well as the mind. What good is a strong body if the mind perceives itself as weak? We're dedicated to providing an ever evolving space, to motivating ourselves and others, to inspiring change, to coming from a place of learning and knowing, and to OWNing our training!

Our classes are influenced by a wide variety of fitness types and variations including Olympic weightlifting, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), gymnastics & more! We also host guest trainers and special training sessions. Separate registration and payment information will be posted for special classes.
